Let us plan your special company or family event (for groups of 5 or more).  We supply all the food, drinks and flying to make your event an outstanding success.

This isn’t just burgers and dogs – It’s an Gourmet 6-Course meal that includes Snacks, Appetizers, Entrees, Dessert, and Drinks.  Vegetarian choices will be available as well as burgers and dogs for the kids and those with less adventurous palettes.

A group of 5 should plan for 2 hours of flying, and an hour for the picnic.  A larger group of 10 will take an entire morning, mid-day, or evening.  With 14 or more we recommend splitting the group in 2 and having the picnic in between two flying sessions to reduce waiting time, and to make planning easier for those who can not attend the entire day, or for those who have to leave early.

For groups of 10 or more, the organizer flies for FREE!

If you have a specific date in mind, then we recommend making a tentative booking several weeks or months in advance to confirm the date, and give you time to make arrangements – however the final reservation must be made and pre-paid in full at least 7 days in advance.
